Abstract

Often, precious time is lost during protein expression and bioreactor monitoring in just checking for the presence or absence of the target protein. Common techniques like Western blot and HPLC require multiple reagents and take significant amounts of time to analyze crude samples. This application note describes the use of BLItz for instant, specific protein detection in crude matrices to enable access to real-time information on samples during bioprocess development and production.
