Abstract

The contribution consists of a set of wrappers built using the open-source tool SWIG to that allow the RDKit to be used from the Java programming language. It will be published by incorporation in the public distribution of the RDKit source code.

The contribution contains no new science or algorithm development; it is pure infrastructure. It was implemented as part of the Cheminformatics Initiative.
