Abstract

To keep the PIs of the APDS-registry up to date on the development of the project, the Coordinator Clinical Trials at the CCI, Freiburg, Dr. A. Uhlmann is preparing the 1st Newsletter for this ESID level 3 project. One intention of the newsletter is to inform the PIs how to find the suitable therapy program for their patients.
ESID has invited the supporting companies to describe their APDS research program: already recruiting trials or planned projects. The CDZ173 team has provided a summary of the current status of leniolisib (CDZ173) in APDS as Novartis' contribution to the newsletter.
