Q2. RW when Approved, as someone with no roles in the project, please test that you can find the project when you occupy the roles
that should see the project (Admin, Info spec, Patent, DA head) and those you shouldn’t (user) GG to Admin these changes for you

Q3 When Published can the Users see the project in the recently Published area?
