Abstract
Application note for TTP LabTech to promote the use of their device called a Mosquito HTS for molecular biology approaches. The Mosquito HTS is designed to transfer minute quantities of liquid, which enables miniaturization of various molecular biology reactions - thus saving on reagents. During his time as an associate under Frank Buxton, Aye Chen (who left Novartis in 2015) was working with TTP to trouble-shoot the miniaturization of three commonly used approaches in the lab. This application note is the result of that work. Note that nothing proprietary is described in this work.
