Abstract

An overview of genomics techologies from the last thirty years and their adoption by academic and industrial core facilities within Switzerland. The creation of the Swiss Array Consortium (SAC) as a pre-competitive collaborative exercise to bring the Swiss genomics platforms together (celebrating its 15th anniversary this year) is also discussed.
