Abstract

Report of Ms. Hajar Baguia on internship from 15 July 2016 – 31 December 2016.
The report describes results from the investigation of a chemical synthesis method, the Hiyama reaction. The study was performed on literature known compounds and transformations. Transformations were performed in presence of surfactants such as TPGS-750-M or Brij surfactants. In addition the basic hydrolysis of TPGS-750-M and analysis of the fragments thereof is described.
