Abstract

The contribution is the source code for a C/C++ implementation of a cartridge for similarity searching that runs inside the open-source postgresql database (www.postgresql.org) . It is implemented using the RDKit, an open-source cheminformatics toolkit, and will be published by incorporation in the public distribution of the RDKit source code.

The cartridge was implemented as part of the Cheminformatics Initiative.
