Abstract

This commentary will discuss established methods to capture prior art, especially in a case of a validity search. Firstly, the classical approach will be reviewed, and, secondly, additional resources will be provided to try to go further and faster in the analysis of publicly available literature. The intent is to close the gap in the capture of obscure references.
