Abstract
This is a 1025-word invited editorial that comments on a paper to be published in the JAMA Ophthalmology journal. I comment on the main point of the article and how it is relevant to our understanding of neovascular age-related macular degeneration (AMD). I don't mention any drugs in the NIBR pipeline or anywhere in Novartis or any projects in NIBR or Novartis.
